Enquiry privacy notice

Last updated 1 August 2026.

What this notice covers

Zwarte Peper Consulting uses the enquiry form to receive and respond to requests concerning its research and advisory work. This notice explains the information collected through that form and how it is handled. The website does not use the form information for advertising or add enquirers to a mailing list.

Information collected and purpose

The form collects your name, email address, organisation, area of work and decision brief. A telephone number, geography and delivery timeframe are optional. This information is used only to assess the enquiry, respond to you, determine whether an engagement is appropriate and retain a proportionate record of relevant professional correspondence.

The applicable basis will ordinarily be taking steps at your request before a possible engagement and Zwarte Peper Consulting’s legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries. Information required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims may be retained on the relevant legal basis.

Form processor and international transfer

The form is processed by Formspree, Inc. Formspree receives the submitted fields and technical information needed to operate and protect its service, and delivers the enquiry to Zwarte Peper Consulting. Formspree states that its infrastructure is hosted in the United States, that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant European transfers, and that it maintains encrypted transport and storage controls.

Formspree’s free plan currently retains submission history for 30 days. Zwarte Peper Consulting may retain the delivered correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship, subject to legal, security and record-keeping requirements.

Read Formspree’s privacy policy and security statement.
